Hump Magnet

Dual-Stage Magnetic Separation System for Gravity-Line Material Flow

Ideal for handling powder, pellet & granular materials with high flow rates in vertical gravity pipelines.

The Hump Magnet is engineered for efficient removal of ferrous contaminants from pneumatically conveyed or gravity-fed materials. It consists of two plate magnets placed at an offset angle, forcing the material to change direction as it flows through the hump.

This directional shift exposes product to both magnetic stages for superior metal capture efficiency, especially in high-velocity and turbulent flow environments. The stainless-steel housing and quick-access hinged doors make it ideal for continuous-duty industrial applications.
